The new Picture It tool lets you add your images to individual room diagrams.

Place a camera icon in your diagram, set the size of your image, and include them in print and PDF output.

Simply double-click the camera icon to see your photo at the size you set.

Use this to show off your space and to display exciting upsell items.

An administrative user can import AutoCAD DXF files to create new rooms in the Meeting Space Editor.

Select to import walls, room text, dimensions, and more, to create new rooms. Convert the room outline, set your seating boundaries, add doors, and any other features you need.

Arabic, Chinese, Hebrew, Japanese, and Korean are now supported for printing and exporting room diagrams.
