View change log

The changes log displays all actions performed in the reservation, from creating a reservation to check-out. You can view changes that are made in reservations.

To view the change log

  1. From the home page, do one of the following to open the Seek page: 
    • Press CTRL+F on your keyboard.

    • Click the front desk menu in the top bar and select Locate guest.

    • Click Locate guest () from the in-house navigation menu.

  2. Modify the fields as appropriate.

    Seek details

    Number

    Enter the unique confirmation number of the reservation.

    Name

    Enter the last name of the guest, company name, or travel agent name.

    Days in advance

    Enter the number of days to search.

    The maximum is seven days. If you enter seven days, the system searches seven days forward from the current day and seven days back from the current day.

  3. Click Confirm (). The Browse locate guest page displays with the searched guest information.
  4. Do one of the following to display the reservation.
    • Select the appropriate reservation and click Confirm ()

    • Double click on the appropriate reservation.

  5. Click the Tools icon () in the reservation page and select Changes log. The changes log page displays.
  6. In this page you view which date, which time and by which user a field is changed.
