Delete user

You created a user in the portal with the wrong email address. If an incorrect email address is used, the account must be deleted and a new account must be created with the correct email address.

Prerequisites

Superuser access to the portal is required.

To delete a user

  1. From the portal, hover over Settings > Property and then click Users. The Property Users page displays.
  2. Click the bin icon behind the user profile (). A message displays asking if you are sure you want to delete the selected user.
  3. Do one of the following: 

    • Click Delete to complete the deletion process.

    • Click Cancel to discard your changes.

  4. When deleted, the user is removed from the Property Users page.
