A parent company is defined as a large organization that manages and controls smaller subsidiaries. Properties may want to report on the volume of business associated with a parent company and subsidiaries. Parent companies are not directly linked to a reservation. They are indirectly linked via their linked company relation profiles.
To view the parent company profile
- From the home page, click Relation in the top bar, select Company and then Parent company. The seek page displays.

Modify the fields as appropriate.
Parent company seek details Mother company number
Enter the parent company profile number.
Mother company name
Enter the parent company name.
City
Enter the city of the parent company.
State
Enter the state of the parent company.
Country
Enter the country of the parent company.

Click Confirm (
) the Browse parent company page displays. -
Double click the parent company profile to view a specific parent company.
