A parent agent can be defined as a large travel agency that manages and controls smaller travel agencies. Properties may want to report on the volume of business associated with a parent agent and it's subsidiaries. Parent agents are not directly linked to a reservation. They are indirectly linked via their linked agent relation profiles.
To view the parent agent profile

From the home page, click Relation in the top bar, select Agent and then Parent agent. The seek page displays to search for a specific parent agent.

Modify the fields as appropriate.
Parent agent seek details Mother trav number
Enter the parent agent profile number.
Mother name
Enter the parent agent name.
Mail zip code
Enter the mailing postal code of the parent agent.
Mail city
Enter the city of the parent agent.
Mail state
Enter the state of the parent agent.
Mail country
Enter the country of the parent agent.

Click Confirm. The Browse parent agent page displays.

Double click the parent agency profile to view a specific parent agent.
