Delete a charge routing from a group
Occasionally, the wrong charge routing might be added inadvertently to a group reservation. You can delete the whole charge routing or just a few post groups that are incorrect.
To delete a charge routing from a group
- From the home page, do one of the following to open the seek page:
Press SHIFT+CTRL+R on your keyboard.
Click the Reservations menu in your top bar and select Group Reservations.
To view the full list of all group reservations, leave all fields empty.
To check all reservations with a certain name, or between a certain arrival and departure date, complete the name or date range in the arrival and departure fields. -
Click Confirm (
). The Browse group reservation screen displays.
- Do one of the following to display the group reservation:
Select the appropriate reservation and click Confirm (
)
Double-click the appropriate reservation.

Click the Update (
) icon in the group. The update individual reservations page displays.

Click the Charge routing tab and then select the Charge routing (
) icon. The charge routing page displays.

At the bottom of the charge routing page, select the post groups that need to be deleted, and then click the Remove (
) icon to delete the routing.

Click Confirm (
), to display the update to individuals check box. Click Confirm (
) again to update the charge routing in all individual reservations.
A process bar displays to update all individual reservations attached to the group with the new charge routing info.
