Overview: Simplified User Experience (SUE)

The Simplified User Experience (SUE) is a streamlined version of MeetingBroker, designed for venues without an integrated sales and catering system and who receive a lower volume of group RFPs. The workflow is email driven, and requires users to enter only essential data.

RFP notification

SUE sends an email notification when a new RFP arrives with action buttons. This means you can propose or turn down an RFP right from the email.

My RFPs

When SUE users log into MeetingBroker, their home page is the My RFPs page. They can work with any RFPs that they own or are on the RFP Team.

Outstanding RFPs and the Daily Active RFPs report

For SUE locations, RFPs are considered outstanding if the next step is past due. Next steps are defined by the subscription administrator when SUE is configured and can vary for each subscription. For example, if a new RFP has not been responded to after X number of days, it is considered outstanding. (The X is set by your subscription admin). If you have any RFPs that are considered outstanding based on your subscription's settings, you will receive the Daily Active RFPs Report email message. The message will be sent every day that you have an RFP that is outstanding. You can select in your MeetingBroker user preferences whether you receive this report for only the RFPs that you own, or for RFPs where you are part of the team.
