Create a round schedule
Before you create a schedule you must first define the issues, equipment, and rooms to be used.
Administrator or Unit Schedule Manager role required.
- In the Issue field, start typing the name of the issue and then select one from the list.
- Click the Calendar and select the Creation Date. This tells the system when to begin generating the schedule(s).
- Select the Recurrence. Do you want the schedule to generate daily, weekly, monthly, and so forth.
- Use Generate Time to schedule the round for a specific time. Click to add the time in 24-hour format. Daily recurrence may have multiple times defined.
If selecting multiple daily recurrence times, make sure you select Allow Duplicates on the round issue.
- Remarks type any notes or comments that you want to accompany each schedule.
- Select the Person Assigned or Team Assigned— while these fields are considered optional, if you want a round to go to a person or team, you must select one.
- Click to open the Rooms/Equipment tab.
- For each sub-issue, click and select the rooms or equipment (one at a time) by first entering a few letters of the room or equipment and selecting from the list. If no room or equipment is selected, a sub-order will not be created.
- Click to open the Sub-Issues tab.
Business rules are not applied to rounds.
- Click X next to a sub-issue to delete a sub-issue.
- You can re-order the sub-issues to put the in a logical order for the engineer to follow. Click the three bars to the left of the step and drag to move up or down.
- Click to save.

If you key in an issue and the result is an empty issue list, check to see if the issue is created. If not, create the round issue.

If you confirm the issue exists, check to see a round using that issue is already created.
