Create simplified schedules
HotSOS Select schedules and HotSOS desktop simplified schedules have a regular recurrence: daily, weekly, monthly, and so forth. as defined in issue step recurrence. The schedules are based on dates, that is the 1st, 2nd, 15th, 30th and so forth. of the month, not the day of the week.
Before you create a schedule you must first define the issues, equipment, and rooms to be used.
HotSOS Select requires Administrator role to create schedules. HotSOS desktop requires Unit Schedule Manager.

- Click any of the tabs, Schedules,Schedules Preview,Annual, or Month and then click
.
- In the Issue field, start typing the name of the issue and then select one from the list.
- Enter the Start Date. If you want the schedule to generate at a specific time, enter the Time.
- If necessary, add a Remark. The remark will display on the PM Order or Inspection.
- The order will be assigned based on your property's business rules. However, you can assign the service order to a specific person or team, which overrides the assigned business rule.
- Click
to open the Rooms/Equipment tab.
- In the Available column, select the room or equipment you want to include in the schedule. Click the checkbox to the left and then click
the at the bottom of the page to move the items to the Selected column.
- Click
to save.

- Click any of the tabs, Schedules,Schedules Preview,Annual, or Month and then click
.
- Select Simplified button.
- In the Issue field, start typing the name of the issue and then select one from the list.
