Create schedules

HotSOS Select schedules have a regular recurrence: daily, weekly, monthly, and so forth as defined in the issue step, and are based on dates, that is the 1st, 2nd, 15th, 30th, and so forth., not the day of the week.

Before you create a schedule you must first define the issues, equipment, and rooms to be used.

Administrator role (Select) or Unit Schedule Manager role (HotSOS) required.

To create a schedule

  1. In the Issue field, start typing the name of the issue and then select one from the list.
  2. Enter the Start Date. If you want the schedule to generate at a specific time, enter the Time.
  3. If necessary, add a Remark. The remark will display on the PM Order or Inspection each time it is generated.
  4. The scheduled order will be assigned based on your property's business rules. However, you can assign the service order to a person or team, which overrides the assigned business rule.
  5. Click next to open the Rooms/Equipment tab.
  6. In the Available column, select the rooms or equipment you want to include in the schedule and then click the Move a single option from the Available column to the Selected columnat the bottom of the page to move the items to the Selected column.

  1. Click OK - Save to save.
