Executive Summary report
The Executive Summary report tells you right away how well your guests are being served. For example, are teams responding to issues within the designated time frame? Are any patterns emerging that raise concern? Are departments properly staffed to meet the peak call times?
A must for the morning executive stand-up meeting, this report indicates the top 20 issues at the property so you can make informed decisions that provide your guests with the best possible experience.
Most of the parameters for this report are straightforward, but the Target fields require a bit more explanation. Your property has established target—or goal—times for the following:
- Labor - The time from when a service order is started until it is completed. Labor time is paused when the service order is stopped. Default is 20 minutes.
- Response - The time from when a service order is created until it's started. Default is 10 minutes.
- Resolution - The time from when a service order is created until it's completed. Default is 30 minutes.
When you run the report, HotSOS looks at the service orders that were created during the selected time period and calculates their average labor, response, and resolution times. Those averages are then compared to your target times to determine what percentage of service orders met your targets and what percentage exceeded them. This information is displayed in a pie chart, so you can easily see if your guests' needs are being addressed in a timely manner.

After you've selected the report parameters, tap . This sends the report to your Messages List. Just click the link in the message to view the report.
