Delete schedules
You can delete a schedule when those PMs are no longer needed. This removes all recurrences of the PM for that location from your system.
If a scheduled PM is associated with several locations, be sure to delete it for each location. For example, your property is no longer going to run laundry facilities. With this decision, you'll need to delete the PM for your two washers and four dryers—a total of six PMs.
We recommend talking to your HotSOS administrator before deleting a schedule to make sure you're following your property's standard procedures.
To delete a schedule
- On the Schedules List page, tap Schedule Status
next to the PM and select Delete.

to confirm you want to delete the job and all its future recurrences.
