Overview: Schedules
When HotSOS was set up for you, a schedule was created for each of the preventive maintenance (PM) tasks at your property. This schedule defines how often each PM should be completed (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.) and automatically dispatches a PM order when each task is due. That’s right—HotSOS does all the tedious work for you. You just need to monitor the schedule from time to time to make sure you have the staffing, supplies, and parts to complete the upcoming PMs.
Of course, there may be situations when you need to tweak a schedule a bit. For example, if the gas range was just serviced by the manufacturer rep, you can skip that PM this month. Or, if you suspect the walk-in cooler thermostat needs to be adjusted, you can generate its PM order immediately rather than waiting for the cooler’s routine servicing at the end of the week.
You can also create and delete schedules, but we recommend talking to your HotSOS administrator first.
