Skip PMs
If a scheduled PM isn't needed, you can tell HotSOS to skip it. For example, if your team doesn't need to service the gas range this month because the manufacturer rep was just in for a routine maintenance call, you can skip that PM, and HotSOS won't generate a PM order for it.
To skip a PM
- On the Schedules List page, tap Schedule Status
next to the PM and select Skip.
- Tap
to confirm you want to skip the PM on that day.
What happens if you mistakenly skip the wrong PM? No problem—just follow the steps below to retrieve the PM and add it back to your schedule.
This option is not available in rounds schedules.
To retrieve a skipped PM
- Open a schedule workspace that includes the date of the skipped PM.
- Tap the Filter
icon.
- In the Status field, select Skipped. This shows all the skipped PMs for that date range.
- Tap Schedule Status
next to the PM you want to retrieve, and then tap Schedule. This adds the PM back to its original schedule date.
