Generate PM orders now
There may be times when you need to generate a PM order now rather than waiting for the PM's next due date. For example, if you suspect the walk-in cooler thermostat needs to be adjusted, you can generate a PM order immediately rather than waiting for the cooler’s routine servicing at the end of the week.
To generate a schedule now
- On the Schedules List page, tap Schedule Status
next to the PM and select Generate. - Tap
to confirm you want to generate the PM order now.
This option is not available in rounds schedules.
