Scheduled PMs

In the left pane, tap Configuration , and then tap Schedules. Schedules are grouped according to the selected workspace and date range—you'll see this information at the top of the page. Tap a group to see those scheduled PMs. To change the date range or select another workspace, tap Workspace
at the bottom of the page.
Tap a PM to see its details, including when it was last completed, which person or team it's assigned to, and the steps needed to complete it.
Next to each PM, you’ll see a Schedule Status icon. This indicates the PM is scheduled. Tap this icon to do the following:
- Generate a PM order now rather than waiting for the PM's next due date.
- Skip the PM on that day.
- Delete the schedule. All future PMs will be removed.
You can also tap Add to create a new schedule.
