Scheduled PM details

In the left pane, tap Configuration , and then tap Schedules. Schedules are grouped according to the selected workspace and date range—you'll see this information at the top of the page. Tap a group to see those scheduled PMs. Then tap the PM whose details you want to see.
Next to each PM, you’ll see a Schedule Status icon. This indicates the PM is scheduled. Tap this icon to do the following:
- Generate a PM order now rather than waiting for the PM's next due date.
- Skip the PM on that day.
- Delete the schedule. All future PMs will be removed.
Here are a few other things you can do on this page.

The next time the PM order is generated, it will be dispatched to the user or team you select.
- Under Personnel, tap the

icon.
- Enter the name of the user or team, and then select that name from the list.
- Tap

Certain situations may require you to change the time of day that a PM order is generated
- Tap Additional Options
and select Edit.
- In the Generate Time field, select the new time.
- Tap
.

- Tap Add
and select Add Remark.
Or, tap the Remarks section to open it, and then tap Add
.
- Enter your comments and tap
.
You'll notice the Remarks section shows only the most recent remark added to the PM. To see all of its remarks, tap this section to open the Schedule Remarks page.

Every PM has a list of steps that need to be completed. Tap the Steps section to see this list.
