View batch merge details
The Batch Merge page displays the status of the batch merge, a history of actions that were taken on the batch merge document, and a link to the document.
If you are the document owner or an administrator, you can also use this page to delete the batch merge document.
To open the Batch Merge page, navigate to Batch Merge, select the appropriate view, and click the document name.
The following information displays:
Field |
Description |

Name | This is the name of the batch merge document. The name consists of the template that was used and the date and time the document was created. |
Property | This is the property where the document was created. |
Merge Status | This indicates the current status of the batch merge. When the document is ready to be viewed, the Merge Status displays Success. If several documents are merged at the same time, the Message Status can display Queued to indicate your document is waiting to be processed. |
Document Path | This is the batch merge document link. You can also open the document using the link in the Notes & Attachments section. |
Merge Type | This is the type of the batch merge, either BEO or Banquet Check. |
Message | This displays any issues that occur during the batch merge. |
Booking | This is a link to the booking associated with the batch merge. This field only applies to batch merge documents created from the Booking page. |
Created By | This is the user who created the batch merge document and the date and time of the creation. By default, this user is the owner of the document. |
Owner | This is the owner of the batch merge document. By default, the owner is the user who created the document. You can change the owner in this field. |
Last Modified By | This is the name of the user who last updated the batch merge document and the date and time of the update. |
Batch Merge History | This is a history of actions taken on the batch merge document. |
Notes & Attachments | These are notes and attachments associated with the batch merge. To open the batch merge document, click the file link. |
