View terms and conditions on bookings
The content of this page is specific to the Delphi product type only. If you are using the Delphi Core product type and want to learn more about the Delphi product type, contact your sales representative.
Use the Booking Terms and Conditions page to view the details of a terms and conditions clause. To access this page, open the booking, navigate to the Booking Terms and Conditions section, and click the clause you want to view. The following information displays:

| Terms and Conditions | This is the link to the terms and conditions clause in Setup. The information is read-only unless you are an administrator. |
| Sort Order | This controls the order that the terms and conditions clauses display. |
| Property | This is the name of the property where the terms and conditions apply. |
| Booking | This is the name of the booking where the terms and conditions have been added. |
| Name | This is the internal name of the terms and conditions clause. |
| Terms | |
| Terms | This is a rich-text description of the terms and conditions clause to show on documents. If your administrator has configured the terms and conditions to be editable, you can modify the text and save your changes. |
