Edit Change Log entries

The content of this page is specific to the Delphi product type only. If you are using the Delphi Core product type and want to learn more about the Delphi product type, contact your sales representative.

You can edit an existing Change Log entry. If the original change log entry has not already been communicated to your team, you can edit the information following the steps below.

If the original change log entry has already been communicated to your team, you need to create a new entry.

To edit a Change Log entry

  1. From the Booking Event page, in the Change Logs section, click Edit next to the entry. The Change Log Entry Edit page displays.
  2. Update the details as needed.
    • To hide this entry on the Change Log report, select the Do Not Print on Change Log Report checkbox.
    • Update the Change Description as needed. You can use the buttons on the formatting toolbar to customize the appearance of the text.

      The required fields display a red indicator. These fields need to be complete before you can save the record.

  3. Click Save.
