The best approach to get all changes made from 4:00 PM yesterday through 4:00 PM today is to enter the following criteria:

Your property's standard operating procedures will determine how often this report should be run; however, we recommend that you run it at the same time each day. This will provide Catering Managers with a target time by which they need to record their changes. It will also help operations team adequately prepare for upcoming booking events since they will know what time each day to expect the Change Log report.

If the Do Not Print on Change Log Report check box is selected for an entry in the Change Logs section, that change will not be included in the report.

  1. Navigate to Amadeus Reports.
  2. Under Event, click Change Log Report.
