Change Log report

The content of this page is specific to the Delphi product type only. If you are using the Delphi Core product type and want to learn more about the Delphi product type, contact your sales representative.

The Change Log report displays updates to distributed event orders that need to be communicated to your operations team. When a customer requests a change to a booking event, the catering manager modifies the event order accordingly and then records the change using the Change Log Entry button. The Change Log report then captures that change along with any others that were created or modified within the report's specified parameters.

For example, you entered a change on 5/1/2024 at 7:59 AM. The Change Log is then run using the following criteria:

Your change is included in the report data because it was made between 4/30/24 at 4:00 PM and 5/1/24 at 10:00 AM. However, the report's time frame is then changed to the following:

Your change is not included because it was entered after 7:00 AM on 5/1/24.

Your property's standard operating procedures determine how often this report needs to be run, but we recommend that you run it at the same time each day. This provides catering managers with a target time to record their changes. It also helps the operations team prepare for upcoming booking events because they know what time each day to expect the Change Log report.

If the Do Not Print on Change Log Report checkbox is selected for an entry in the Change Logs section, that change is not included in the report.
