Edit choice groups
Using the Choice Group Edit page, you can modify the details that have been entered for a choice group. Your changes will not affect current instances of that choice group, but they will affect all future selections.

For example, your Grilled Filet menu includes a choice of salads: Caesar, Mixed Greens, or Caprese. You have a dinner scheduled next month and have already added the menu with the Caprese salad choice to it. If you then remove the Caprese salad from the choice group, the menu on that booking event will not be affected. However, when you select the Grilled Filet menu for a new booking event, the only salad choices that will be available are the Caesar and Mixed Greens.

Corporate-level choice groups cannot be modified by individual properties; however, they can be added to property menus.
To edit a choice group
- Navigate to Choice Groups, select the appropriate view, and then click Edit next to the choice group. You can also access the Choice Group via the Choice Groups section of the Property page.
- Update the choice group details, as needed. See Create choice groups for information on individual fields.
- Click Save.
