View contact details

The Contact page displays the contact details and lets you add new activities, bookings, and volume contracts to the contact.

If you are the contact owner, you can also use this page to edit the contact details, assign a different owner to the contact, add notes and attachments, and delete the contact.

To help you work with your contacts, the Contact page is divided into the following areas:

Contact Detail Displays general information about the contact. From this section you can also do the following:
Email and Phone The contact's phone numbers and email address.
Address Information Displays the contact's mailing address and, if applicable, a secondary address (for example, a physical address).
Comments Displays any additional information about the contact that might be helpful to remember (for example, details related to event planning or prospecting).
Activity (Open Activities) Displays outstanding tasks and upcoming events (meetings or appointments) that have been created for the contact. Once a task has been completed or an event has occurred, it is moved to the Activity History section. See Overview: Activities.
Activity History Displays logged calls, sent emails, and other completed tasks and events associated with the contact. See Overview: Activities.
Bookings and Bookings (Agent) Displays bookings associated with the contact. If the contact is acting as an agent, the booking will be displayed in the Bookings (Agent) section.

Click New Booking to associate the contact with a new booking. If you are the booking owner, you can also edit or delete the booking. Otherwise, the booking details are read-only.

Volume Contracts and Volume Contracts (Agent) Displays volume contracts associated with the contact. If the contact is acting as an agent, the contract will be displayed in the Volume Contracts (Contract Agent) section.

Click New Volume Contract to associate the contact with a new contract. If you are the contract owner, you can also edit or delete the contract. Otherwise, the volume contract details are read-only.

Notes & Attachments If you are the contact owner, you can add, edit, and delete notes and attachments that provide additional information about the record. Once a document has been merged from the contact, a copy of the document is added as an attachment.
