Enable external availability integration

Delphi can integrate with external availability sources. This integration can be used to manage room inventory and view real-time updates on availability and occupancy. When users check availability or create a room block, they receive live updates from the external source.

Here are the steps for a corporate administrator to enable this integration.

This feature is only available with version R52 or higher. To view the release installed in your org, see Installed Packages.

To enable the external availability integration

  1. Navigate to Amadeus Settings.
  2. Under Org-Wide Default Settings, select Enable Availability Integration.
  3. Click Save.

To activate the channel and complete the configuration, contact Amadeus Support.

If you do not have this integration and want to take advantage of it, contact your Amadeus sales representative.
