Delphi can integrate with external availability sources. This integration can be used to manage room inventory and view real-time updates on availability and occupancy. When users check availability or create a room block, they receive live updates from the external source. The pages affected by this integration are in the following areas:

Corporate administrators
After the external availability source is enabled, corporate administrators need to prepare the organization to use this type of integration. To do this, corporate administrators need to:

After the external availability source is enabled and the corporate administrators complete the steps above, property administrators need to:
- Update three new fields on the property details page.
- Ensure the room type codes match between the systems under guestroom types.
- Ensure the room type days records are created for five years or more.
