Daily Information

The Daily Information section of the Availability page displays a summary of your inventory, occupancy, and total guestroom revenue per day. When you open the Availability page, the daily totals for the last property you viewed display. When you open the Availability page for the first time or clear your browser cache, your default property displays.
If the Prevent Availability Autoload option is selected on your Amadeus User Settings page, daily totals do not display until you select a property and click Go.
To open Daily Information
- Click the Availability tab.
- If you do not see the Daily Information section, click the Daily Information button.

Enter the date to view and press Enter, or click Calendar (
) and select a date.If you want the Availability page to display the last date you viewed, select Remember Last Availability Date on the Amadeus User Settings tab. If you do not select this option, today's date displays each time you open the page.
- To change the time period that displays, click the corresponding button at the top of the page. Use the double arrow buttons to move forward or backward by that time period. Use the single arrow buttons to move forward or backward by one day at a time.

If you have access to multiple properties, use the Property list to do one of the following:
- To add a property to your view, select the checkbox next to each property to view and click Go.
Properties with an External Availability integration can select up to three integrated properties at the same time.
- To remove a property from your view, clear the checkbox next to the property and click Go.
- To add a property to your view, select the checkbox next to each property to view and click Go.
Daily Information rows
The following table describes the Daily Information rows. Depending on how your corporate administrator configured the Availability page, your rows might vary.

| Total Available |
This is the total number of guestrooms available to sell and is represented by your Run of House guestroom type. This value is calculated using the following formula: Total Available = Total Hotel - (Group Definite + Group Tentative + Transient Sold). To see total availability by guestroom type, do one of the following:

| Group Available | This is the total number of guestrooms available to sell to groups and is calculated using the following formula: Group Available = Total Hotel - (Group Definite + Group Tentative) - Transient Protected. |
| Group Definite | This is the total of all blocked definite guestrooms. |
| Group Tentative | This is the total of all blocked tentative guestrooms. |
| Group Prospect | This is the total of all blocked prospect guestrooms. |
| Minimum Acceptable Rate | This is the lowest rate that can be offered. |
| Transient Protected | This is the total number of rooms taken out of inventory and reserved for individual travelers. |
| Transient Sold | This is the total number of guestrooms sold for transient business. |
| Transient Protected Remaining | This is the number of transient protected rooms available to sell and is calculated using the following formula: Transient Protected Remaining = Transient Protected - Transient Sold. |
| Out of Order | This is the total number of unavailable guestrooms. |
| Occupancy % | This is the occupancy percentage for the property and is calculated using the following formula: Occupancy % = (Group Definite + Transient Sold) / Total Hotel. A cloud icon ( |

). A warning icon (
) displays next to the Total Available field when errors occur during the retrieval of availability data. If this happens, Administrators can update the MAR and Transient Protected values on the Availability page. Click the cells to edit the values and then click Save.
Daily Information right-click options
Right-click anywhere in the Daily Information section to use the following options:

| Refresh | This displays the most current information. If you keep the Availability page open while working in other areas, you need to refresh often. |
| Collapse All | This collapses all the rows under a property. |
| Expand All | This displays all the rows under a property. |
Date collections
Highlighted dates on the Availability page are called date collections. A date collection calls attention to special dates that impact your property's rates, inventory, and operations. Examples include holidays, citywides, and promotions. To view details about a highlighted date, hover over the date column header. You can also click the column header to open the date information in a separate window.
