Overview: Availability
Availability provides busy sales and catering professionals with a streamlined user experience for checking availability. The Availability page offers improved performance and a variety of customization options, giving you the tools you need to multi-task while efficiently managing your bookings and events.
The Availability page includes the following sections:
- Daily Information - Displays a summary of your inventory, occupancy, and total guestroom revenue per day.
- Guestroom Bookings - Displays guestroom blocks by booking for the selected date range.
- Function Diary - Displays the booking events that are blocked in each function room for the selected date range. You can also view an inline Function Diary on the Booking page.
Your Corporate Administrator has configured the Availability page to show certain details and color settings; however, you can customize this view to meet your individual needs. Some of the things you can do include setting the page to always display the last date you viewed, changing the start time of the Function Diary, and setting events to show certain labels and colors. The system remembers your changes and applies them to both the Availability page and the inline Function Diary on the Booking page. For more information, see Customize your Availability view.

If availability display settings vary by property, you will always see the settings for your default property.
