Set your default property

Whether you have access to multiple properties or just one, you must identify your default property to streamline the process for inquiries, bookings, and volume contracts you create, as well as opening the correct property when viewing the Availability and Enter Pickup pages.

To set your default property

  1. Navigate to Amadeus User Settings.
  2. Select your default property and click Save.

Some organizations automatically share all accounts and contacts with all properties, while others require additional steps to share them. If you work in an org that does not automatically share accounts, your Corporate Administrator can enable the Automatically Assign Default Property on Account option for your org. This will automatically give the users at your default property access to the accounts you create. (If you haven't set your default property, your org's default property will be added instead.)
