Set the default property for an org

If your org has more than one property, a Corporate Administrator can specify which property should be used as the default when a user hasn't selected their own default property on the Amadeus User Settings page. This org-wide default property will be displayed when users without a default property open the Availability or Enter Pickup page, and when they create new inquiries, bookings, and volume contracts. It will also be automatically added to new accounts if the Automatically Assign Default Property Account option has been enabled for the org.

To set the default property for an org

  1. Navigate to Amadeus Settings.
  2. Select the appropriate property.
  3. Click Save.
