Automatically assign default property on an account

If Amadeus Account Security has been enabled in your org, a Corporate Administrator can give a user's default property access to all accounts the user creates. If the user hasn't selected a default property, the org-wide default property will be given access to the account instead.

A user's property access level determines what they can do with a shared account. All users with access to the property can view and report on the account; however, a user must have Edit All Records access to edit the account details.

To automatically add the default property to an account

  1. Navigate to Amadeus Settings.
  2. Click Enable Property-Level Security.
  3. Select the Automatically Assign Default Property on Account check box.

    The Enable Amadeus Account Security check box must also be selected.

  4. Click Save.
