View availability for multiple properties

When you open the Availability page, the last property you viewed displays by default. If you have access to multiple properties, they display in the Properties list in the top-right corner of the page. The Availability page displays daily inventory totals, bookings with room blocks, and function space availability for each property you select.
If your availability display settings vary by property, the settings for your default property display.
To view availability for multiple properties
- Click the Availability tab.
- Enter the date to view and press ENTER, or click Calendar (
) and select the date. - In the Properties list, select the checkbox next to each property to display, and click Go.
Properties with an External Availability integration can select up to three integrated properties.
To remove a property from your view, click the Properties list again, clear the checkbox next to the property, and then click Go.
Each time you view the Function Diary, verify the applied Function Room Group filters. You might need to change the filters to see all the events that are holding space at the property. Your Function Room Group filter selections still apply the next time you open the Function Diary.
