Item Inventory report
The content of this page is specific to the Delphi product type only. If you are using the Delphi Core product type and want to learn more about the Delphi product type, contact your sales representative.
Use the Item Inventory report to display your current inventory during a selected period. For example, you have 50 iPads available for events held at your property. On April 5, a client is using 10 iPads from 10:00 AM-4:00 PM. When you run the Item Inventory report for April 5, 40 iPads show as available.
By default, the report displays all items with tracked inventory. However, you can choose to only view items that are unavailable to ensure your group's requirements are met.
An item's configuration in Setup determines whether its inventory is tracked at the property.
Event items are taken out of inventory when an event is placed in a function room. For this reason, you need to verify that no events are in the Unassigned function room. You can do this by running the Unassigned Events report. After all events are placed in function rooms, you can run the Item Inventory report to see exact item inventory.

When the report is set to cover a longer period, such as a week or a month, it displays the lowest available quantity on any individual day within the period. This helps you identify any potential shortages in your inventory.
A negative number indicates that an item is oversold. For example, if you have 3 microphones in stock and added 5 to a sales meeting, the report displays an On Hand value of -2.0.
