Channel manager
The channel manager is a tool to help your property design its online booking offerings. You can control what pricing, services, and amenities you offer to event planners who use an online booking channel.
When the event planner shops on the channel site, the channel communicates the requirements to Delphi. In exchange, Delphi sends back information about your property, such as availability, rates, and available services. To access the channel manager, click Channel Manager on the Property Details page. The Channel Properties page displays.
Channel properties
The Channel Properties page displays a list of properties that can connect with online booking channels. The list of displayed properties depends on the following:
- Corporate administrators see all properties in the org that are configured for online sale.
- Property administrators only see the properties they have access to. Local team members can manage their property-specific values such as availability, function rooms, packages, and add-ons.
The details that display come from the Property Details page. All available channels display in the Manage Channels column. If the channel name shows in gray, the property is not available online. If the channel name shows in green, the property is available to be booked online by an event planner.
To add a property to the list, click Property and select the property to add. To detail your property’s online offerings for the channel, click the channel name.
