Publication Status
When you have made updates or changes to your website it is important that you publish these changes.
Credentials
When making any updates to your website, view those changes on a local version of the website, instead of live. Select Localfrom the view, and enter the login and password you use when signing in to the (Undefined variable: MyVariables.Product) CMS. Both are required each time you preview a page. You can also use the Access website preview link on this page.
DNS CNAME entry status
This will always be set to active so the website can be visible once live.
Publication Steps
Upon the initial build of your account, the website(s) will be initialized and configured. No further action is required.
Publication displays the publication status of your website. The comments include the date the site was first published and the date of the last publication.
As you make changes to the website, they will not be visible live until publish is complete.
When you click Publish Now the publication process starts immediately.
Note: No further changes or amendments can be made until the website is published and all changes are visible.
Toggle On or Off the switch Periodical publication. If it is not active, the site will only be published once at the determined time and date.
When a publication is scheduled, it is shown with the time remaining for the next publication and the information of the scheduled publishing, in case it is a periodical publishing.
Steps to republish a live website:

Ensure all changes have been previewed through the local site first.

Click Publish Now. This process will typically take 5-10 minutes but can take longer if there are several changes being pushed through. No further edits are allowed until publishing is complete. The browser window can be closed, as publishing will continue.
