Reassign accounts

Administrators can reassign account owners when a user leaves the organization.

To reassign accounts

  1. Navigate to Amadeus Settings and click Reassign Owners.
  2. Select the Account tab.
  3. Select a Property if needed.
  4. Select one of the following:
    • Account Owner
    • Migrated Account Owner
  5. Use the following options to filter the records as needed. To update all records, leave these fields blank.

    • Market Segment

    • City

    • State

    • Country

    • Region

  6. Click Search.
  7. Select all the accounts to reassign.
  8. Select a new Account Owner.
  9. Click Update Owners and then click Yes to confirm.
  10. Click Audit/History to view the progress of the updated records.
  11. Click the log entry number to view all updated entries and to download the CSV file of changes.

    If your property has custom validation rules, some records might not update. If necessary, you can manually update those records.
