Automatically assign default property on an account

A user's property access level determines what they can do with a shared account. If Amadeus Account Security is enabled in your org, a corporate administrator can give a user's default property access to all accounts the user creates.

All users with access to the property can view and report on the account, but a user must have Edit All Records access to edit the account details.

To automatically add the default property to an account

  1. Navigate to Amadeus Settings.
  2. Click Enable Property-Level Security.
  3. Select the Automatically Assign Default Property on Account checkbox.

    The Enable Amadeus Account Security checkbox also needs to be selected.

  4. Click Save.
