Events grid

The Events grid on the Booking page is your one-stop shopping for all things events related.

Here's a quick rundown of the things you can do here:

Create an event

Click + Event to open the Create Event window. The new event is added to the grid after you save and is also displayed in the Function Diary on the Availability page.

Edit event details

Click Additional Options next to the event and select Edit. This is a great way to enter final guarantees.

Copy an event

Click Additional Options next to the event and select Copy. The new event is added to the grid and is all ready for you to update. We like how easy this makes it to detail a multi-day booking. One thing to keep in mind—if you copy an event that has already been added to a BEO, the new event will also be added to that BEO. If those events are on different days, you may want them to be on separate BEOs. No problem. Just click in the grid and clear the BEO number from the copied event, and you'll be good to go.

Delete an event

Click Additional Options next to the event and select Delete.

Create a new BEO

Select the check box next to each event you want to include on the BEO and click + BEO. This opens the BEO page. If the event has already been added to a BEO, you'll see the BEO number in the grid, and the + BEO button won't be available.

Add events to an existing BEO

Click Additional Options next to each event and select Edit. In the BEO field, enter the existing BEO number. You can also follow these steps to move an event from one BEO to another. Just replace the current BEO number with the new one.

Open a BEO

Click the BEO number in the grid.
