View booking events from the Function Diary

When you hover over a booking event in the Function Diary, a tooltip displays a summary of the details. The summary includes the name, start and end times, booking, status, and booking owner. If the owner of the booking event is different from the booking owner, that name also displays.
If you need to view additional information about the event, you can open it directly from the Function Diary. You need to be the booking owner or a booking source to modify the events.
To view a booking event from the Function Diary
- Open the Function Diary.
- Double-click the event to open. The Quick Create window displays.
- Click View Booking Event (
) next to the Name field. The Booking Event page displays.
