Open the Function Diary

You can open the Function Diary from the Availability page or the Booking page.
Before you use the Function Diary, consider the following:
- When you open the Availability page, the availability for the last property you viewed displays. When you open the Availability page for the first time or when you clear your browser cache, your default property displays.
- If you have access to multiple properties, use the Properties list to switch properties or view availability for multiple properties at the same time.
- With the Prevent Availability Autoload option selected, on the Amadeus User Settings page, availability does not display until you select a property and click Go.
To open the Function Diary
- Do one of the following:
- Click the Availability tab. If you do not see the Function Diary section, click Function Diary in the top-left corner of the page.
- Click Function Diary at the top of the Booking page.
- Enter the date you want to view and press ENTER, or click Calendar (
) and select a date. - If you view the diary from the Availability page, today's date is set by default. To change this to the last date you viewed, select Remember Last Availability Date on the Amadeus User Settings tab.
- If you view the diary from the Booking page, the date defaults to the booking's arrival date.
- To change the time period that displays, click the corresponding button at the top of the page: 1 Day, 3 Days, 1 Week,
- If you have access to multiple properties, use the Property list to do one of the following:
- To add a property to your view, select the checkbox and click Go.
To remove a property from your view, clear the checkbox and click Go.
The properties you select automatically apply the next time you open the diary.
