1. In the navigation pane, select a meeting space or highlight.
2. Enter a translated name in the Names field of each supported language.

   If a required language does not display, set it to Edit Mode on the Property Details page.

3. If applicable, enter a translated description for the meeting space or highlight.

   Descriptions are unavailable for the map, buildings, and floors or levels.

4. Click Save ().

When you select a meeting space or highlight, the linked media files display on the right side of the page. To link additional media files, complete the following steps:

1. In the navigation pane, select a meeting space or highlight.
   

   Media is unavailable for the map, buildings, and floors or levels.

2. On the right side of the page, click Link Media (). The Link Media page displays.

3. Select the media files to display.

   If the media file you need is not available, you can upload it on the Media page.

4. Click Link. The Content page displays with the newly linked files.

When you select a meeting space or highlight, the linked media files display on the right side of the page. To remove a media file, complete the following steps:

1. In the navigation pane, select a meeting space or highlight.
   
2. Click Unlink () in the upper right corner of the thumbnail.
3. Confirm the change.

To change the display order of property elements on the map, drag the item to the appropriate location in the navigation pane.

Click Preview () to see your changes. The web address that displays at the top of the Preview window can be used to access your Delphi Diagramming website.
