Property details
Only administrators have access to the Property Details page.
You can use the Property Details page to edit the basic details of your property setup. These details include your logo, time zone, and social distance overrides. If you use the website edition, you can also add your RFP link or email and supported languages.
To edit options
- In the navigation menu (
), select Administration and then click Property Details.
- If applicable, select which property to edit at the top of the page.

The following options are available:
Subscription Details
Property Name
This is the name of your property.
Property Address
This is the address of your property.
Subscribed Delphi Diagramming Products
This field displays which Delphi Diagramming products your property uses.
Time Zone
This is your property’s time zone used when creating bookings and events.
Images
Primary Property Image
This is the image that displays first in the Photos, Videos, and Virtual Tours section of the Delphi Diagramming Website home page. To learn how to select a different Primary Property Image, or to add additional images, see Media.
Logo Image
This is the logo that displays in the product and in your PDF and printed pages.
To change your property logo, follow the steps below.
- Click Upload Image.
- Browse to the file you want, select it, and click Open.
- Click Save (
).
Amadeus recommends a PNG file formatted with a transparent background, 40 pixels in height, and no more than 200 pixels in width.
3D
Enable 3D Sharing
Select Enable 3D Sharing to include a 3D option from the share link of each diagram.
Sharing Expiration Days
Enter a value in Sharing Expiration Days to indicate how long a 3D share link is valid. The minimum value is 1 day and the maximum is 30 days.
Configure 3D textures
These are the images used to manage 3D textures to best simulate your default wall, floor, and ceiling styles. You can select from standard images or upload your own. See 3D preview for more information.
You can apply specific textures to each meeting space in the Meeting Spaces page.
Options
Default Font
This is the default font that displays on the property's diagrams. All new users are assigned this default upon creation but can edit the value in User Preferences.
Default Unit of Measurement
This is the property's default unit of measurement. All new users are assigned this default upon creation but can edit the value in User Preferences.
Default Language
This is the property's default language. All new users are assigned this default upon creation but can edit the value in User Preferences.
Lock Capacity
When seating changes are made to a default layout in Layouts, the capacity change is reflected on the Capacity Editor. With this option selected, capacity values on the Capacity Editor are not automatically updated. However, manual changes are still allowed.
Global Distance Override
You can use these fields to set temporary global defaults for distance between objects.
Chair distances are measured from center-to-center and not from chair edges.
These values affect automatic layout and resized objects in design mode. Diagramming users are warned about reduced capacities when global overrides are set. Users can change the default values on the resource they are working with when detailing a diagram.Integration
This section displays your property's integrated products, if applicable.
Allow Booking Creation
When this checkbox is selected, users can create Delphi bookings and events in Delphi Diagramming.
This option displays only if your property is integrated with Delphi.
Website
RFP Link or Email
If your property uses the Delphi Diagramming Website Edition, this is your preferred contact method for your website visitors. The Get Quote button is used by website visitors to contact your property by email or RFP.
- If you want visitors to submit an RFP, enter the web address of your property's RFP page in this field.
- If you want visitors to send an email, enter the appropriate email address in this field. Visitors are provided a form to enter their name, email address, and comments.
Leave this field blank if you do not want to display the Get Quote button.
Supported Languages
You can select the following for each applicable language:
- Not Available - This language is not used.
- Edit Mode - Select this value to enter names and descriptions for each of your meeting spaces in that language. Use this setting when you initially configure the Content page. The information you enter does not display to your website visitors until published.
- Published - Select this value after you enter the translated text in the Content page. The translations then display to your website visitors when they select another language from the options menu.
