Seating preferences
Only administrators have access to the Seating Preferences page.
Before you use this page, ensure you have completed the recommended steps in Resources.
You can use the Seating Preferences page to configure the default of each setup style to achieve maximum capacity. For example, if your banquet setup style uses six-foot round tables with 10 chairs, you can set these as defaults.
To open this page, in the navigation menu (), click Administration and then click Seating Preferences.
After you set these setup style defaults, you can then use Layouts to select which setup styles are available in each meeting space. Then, you can make any adjustments to the setup styles for specific meeting spaces.
