Integrations

When Delphi Diagramming is integrated with Delphi, you can send event information to Diagramming to create detailed, professional diagrams that can be accessed from your Delphi bookings. You can also include diagrams when you clone events in Delphi.
To prepare for integration
-
Compare and map your meeting spaces and setup styles for both systems in Mappings.
-
Make sure pop-up blockers are not disabled in your browser. With pop-ups blocked, Delphi Diagramming cannot open when you click View Diagram.
If your property has used Delphi Diagramming for a while and is now integrated with Delphi, follow these steps to copy your existing diagrams to an integrated booking.
Additional information
-
When integrated, an icon (
) displays next to your property name in Delphi Diagramming.
-
After a diagram is created with the integration, updates to the following fields in Delphi also update Delphi Diagramming.
- Event Name
- Event Date, Start, and End Time
- Attendees
- Status
- Room and Room Setup
- BEO #
- Bookings and events are read-only in Delphi Diagramming. Edits in Delphi Diagramming do not update Delphi.
- Delphi Diagramming uses the Set attendance to create room plans. If Set is unavailable, Guaranteed is used, and then Agreed.
- Events deleted in Delphi are noted as deleted in Delphi Diagramming.
- For Delphi events, diagram print orientation and batch printing inclusion is controlled in Diagramming.
- To create a room plan before a booking in Delphi, create a quick room plan. You can link it to a booking later.
- Your Delphi Diagramming administrator might have mapped several setups to the Banquet setup style, such as Rounds of 8, and Rounds of 12. A default number of chairs per table is defined. When you create a diagram in automatic layout mode, you might need to modify the number of chairs per table.
To create or edit a diagram from Delphi
- In Delphi do one of the following:
- In the Booking Events grid, select the checkbox next to an event and then click View Diagram.
- On the Manage Menus and Items page, select an event and then click View Diagram.
- On the Booking Event page, click View Diagram.
-
If prompted, enter your Diagramming credentials.
With single sign-on integration between Delphi and Diagramming, you are prompted to enter your credentials the first time you access the application. However, you do not need to re-enter your credentials for future visits.
- Enter a name for the diagram and click Create Room Plan. The Delphi function room and setup style are used to create the diagram in automatic layout Mode. If an exact match is not found, the Event Setup window displays.
-
Detail the diagram as needed. For additional information, see Drawing canvas.
In the future, when you click View Diagram in Delphi, the diagram displays to edit as needed.

You can integrate your meeting spaces with Matterport to display a more realistic view of your property to clients.
To prepare for the integration
Existing Matterport customers need to complete the following steps to activate the integration:
-
In the navigation menu (
), select Administration and then click Options.
-
On the right, in the Matterport Integration section, click Login with Matterport.
-
Enter your login information for your Matterport account, and then click Sign In.
-
In the next window, click Authorize to give Delphi Diagramming access to your Matterport virtual tours.
-
Select the Enable Virtual Tours checkbox. If unselected, original Diagramming 3D renderings display for meeting space walls, floors, and ceilings.
-
After you log in to Matterport, the message 'Matterport Account is Linked' displays on the Options page. If necessary, click X to unlink the account.
If you do not already have a Matterport account, contact your Amadeus sales representative. Amadeus can configure the integration for all required meeting spaces.
