Overview : Quick room plans
You can use quick room plans to build a collection of common room arrangements. These room plans are shared with all users at your property and can be used as a template to start a new diagram for a customer. This means you no longer need to start every room plan from the beginning. Load a quick room plan and adjust the details as needed for your customer.
If you search old bookings repeatedly to find favorite diagrams, save them as quick room plans. That way, the room plans are easy to find in the Quick Room Plans page and are ready to use anytime.
To access the Quick Room Plans page, in the navigation menu (
), click Quick Room Plans.
