View quick room plans
Quick room plans are used to build a collection of common room arrangements. You can use the Quick Room Plans page to view all quick room plans available at your property.
To access the Quick Room Plans page, in the navigation menu (
), click Quick Room Plans.

Change your view
This page can be viewed in two different ways depending on your preference.

To see a list of the quick room plans, click List View (
). -
To see a preview of each quick room plan, click Diagram View (
).
Search and filter quick room plans
All quick room plans for your selected properties display by default. You can sort each column in ascending or descending order, and the following filter options are available:

Use the drop-down lists to filter quick room plans by Property, Setup Style, and Owner. You can even select more than one option per filter to broaden or narrow your search as needed.

Enter keywords in the Find by any related name or attendees count field to further narrow your search.
Any applied filters are saved for future visits to this page. To clear filters, click the X next to each filter value to remove.
View a quick room plan's history
On the Quick Room Plan page, click History (
), next to the quick room plan to view. The following information displays on the History page:

The quick room plan version
The most current version displays at the top.

The date and time of the change
-
The user who made the change
-
A preview of the quick room plan for that version

The details of the change
This feature became available in September 2022. Only changes made after that date display.
