Share a quick room plan

Quick room plans are used to build a collection of common room arrangements. You can use the Quick Room Plans page to share the details of a quick room plan with a client.

To access the Quick Room Plans page, in the navigation menu (), click Quick Room Plans.

To share a quick room plan

1. On the Quick Room Plans page, click Share (). The Bulk Diagram Sharing page displays.

2. Select the quick room plans to share.

3. In the Invite people field, enter the email address of the recipients.
4. Enter text in the Comment field, if applicable.
5. Select any of the following checkboxes, if applicable.
   • Include Pictures
   • Include Document Links
   • Include 3D Sharing
6.  Do one of the following:
   • Click Share to email the diagrams.
   • Click Cancel to discard your changes.
