Move a quick room plan to an event
If you no longer want to keep a room plan as a quick room plan, and prefer to link it to a single booking event, you can move it.
When you follow the below process, the room plan no longer displays on the Quick Room Plan page.
To move a quick room plan to an event
- Do one of the following:
- From the Events page, click Link Quick Room Plan to Event (
) , clear the Link copy of Quick Room Plan to Event checkbox, and then select the quick room plan. - From the Quick Room Plans page, click Link Quick Room Plan to Event ().
- Clear the Link copy of Quick Room Plan to Event checkbox.
- Click Select to choose a booking and associated event, or click Create New to create a new booking and event.
- From the Events page, click Link Quick Room Plan to Event (
- Click Link.
