View a diagram
Any booking can include multiple events, and each event might require different diagrams. You can use the Events page to view all diagrams on a booking. To open this page, in the navigation menu (
), click Bookings and select a booking.

Change your view
This page can be viewed in two different ways, depending on your preference.

To see a list of the events with their diagrams, click List View (
). -
To see a preview of each diagram under each event, click Diagram View (
).
Search and filter events
All events on the selected booking display by default. You can sort each column in ascending or descending order, and the following filter options are available:

Use the quick options at the top of the page to display events for all dates of the booking, or a specific date of the booking.

Use the drop-down lists to filter events by Setup Style, Status, and Date. You can even select more than one option per filter to broaden or narrow your search as needed.

Enter keywords in the Find by any related name or attendees count field to further narrow your search.
Any applied filters are saved for future visits to this booking. To clear filters, click the X next to each filter value to remove.
View a diagram on an event
On the Events page, click the name of the diagram to view. The drawing canvas displays.
View a diagram's history
On the Events page, click Show Room Plan History (
) next to the diagram to view. The following information displays on the Diagram History page:

The diagram version
The most current version displays at the top.

The date and time of the change
-
The user who made the change
-
A preview of the diagram for that version

The details of the change
This feature became available in September 2022. Only changes made after that date display.
