Import diagrams

1. Open a booking and click Create Room Plan or Add Room Plan.

   The option that displays depends on whether a diagram already exists for the event.

2. Enter a Plan Name.

3. Do one of the following:

   • Click Upload a MeetingMatrix File to import a diagram from a MeetingMatrix 2010 file. Follow the prompts to browse to and import the MMS file.

   • Click Import a Room Plan from a URL to import a diagram shared from Website Edition. Then, enter the diagram's web address in the Room Plan URL field, and click Import.

     A planner first needs to share the diagram with you from Website Edition. When shared, an email is sent to you with the diagram's web address.

4. Edit the diagram as necessary. See Drawing canvas for more information.

1. On the Events page, click Mass Import (), and then select Mass Import. The Mass Import - Room Plan page displays.

2. Change the Event, if applicable.

3. Change the Selected Meeting Space, if applicable.

4. Click Browse, and upload one or more MMS files.

5. Update the Plan Name for each uploaded file.

6. Click Mass Import.

   To view the details of previous imports, click Mass Import and then select Mass Import History. For more information, see Mass import history.

Quick room plans are used to build a collection of common room arrangements. If you have MMS files of your meeting spaces, you can mass import them as quick room plans on the Quick Room Plans page. See Mass import quick room plans for more information.
