Edit my profile
My Profile is where you set your language and measurement preferences. You can also change your name, title, email address, and specify a new password.
To enhance security measures, administrators with the User Management role are required to use Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) during the login process.
Diagramming users don't require any of the admin options to create bookings, events, or room plans.
To modify your profile
- Click your name in the upper-right corner of the page, and then click My Profile.
- Do any of the following:
Your Username is read-only. If you would like to change it, please contact Amadeus Hospitality Support.
- Edit your Email.
- Administrators: Edit your MFA settings. Click Change MFA Settings and select either Phone or Email. If you select phone, enter a valid phone number, starting with the Country Code, and then click Send.
- Edit your First Name, Last Name, or Title as appropriate.
- Select your Preferred Language.
- Select your Measurement preference of Imperial or Metric units.
- Select your Dimension Line Formatpreferences. When drawing, you can display the line length in meters/centimeters/feet/inches and also choose how many decimals to display.
- Set your Live Update default.
- Set your Group Seating Objects default.
- Set your Sketch Mode default.
- Set your AutoSave default and AutoSave Interval.
- Use the Change Password link to update your password. An email will be sent to your address. Follow the email and onscreen instructions to specify a new password.
- Set your Print Information Position to display information like the Booking Name the at the Top or Bottom of the page when you print or export a diagram.
- Print and PDF options control the default selections when you print or export a diagram, but you can change them each time you print.
- Hide all print information
- Hide Owner
- Hide Booking Name
- Hide Event Name
- Hide Room Plan Name
- Hide Location
- Hide Date
- Hide Time
- Hide Modified Date
- Hide BEO#
Phone numbers are entered as they are dialed, do not add "+" .
- Click Save Changes.
To change your password
Click Change Password. A password reset email is sent to your profile email address along with instructions.
To change Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Click Change MFA Settings.
- Select your default option of Phone or Email.

If you select phone, enter your phone number with country code. Don't add "+" as a prefix. For example, a US number has this format: 12025550191. A UK number follows this format: 441632960634.
Do not add the exit code of "00" to US numbers.
- Click Send.
- Enter the security code that was sent to your email or your phone in the window that opens and then click Send.
The security code expires after 15 minutes. You can request up to three codes in a 15-minute period.
- Click your name in the upper-right corner of the page.
The My Profile window opens.
- Do any of the following:
- Edit your Email.
- Edit your First Name, Last Name, or Title as appropriate.
- Click Save Changes.
To change Multi-Factor Authentication
- Click Change MFA Settings.
- Select your default option of Phone or Email.
